About Us
KME Society's Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce was established in the year 2023 and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai .
The college is started by Well- established Society. The KME society is already running G.M. Momin Women's college of Arts, Science and Commerce for 33 years with strong academic record. Accredited by NAAC for three cycles, 11 schools ,3 Junior colleges and B.Ed. college.
KME Society's Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce has been granted religious minority status for Muslim Community. The college is situated in Bhiwandi which is located about 20 km away from Thane Railway Station and about 50 km from Mumbai .
About the Society
The Konkan Muslim Education Society was founded in 1927 by forward-thinking leaders who recognized the vital role of modern education in uplifting the children of Bhiwandi. The society was established to address the pressing need to educate children from working-class backgrounds and to empower impoverished families, with a special emphasis on girls' education.
